Refund and Exchange Policy

Applicability for Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Gift cards are not refundable. Sale items are not refundable. All refunds require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Refunds on Apparel and Accessories

To be eligible for a refund on apparel and accessories, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must have all tags attached. Depending on the condition of the item upon a request for refund, a manager may use personal discretion to offer only a partial refund. In addition, a manager may use personal discretion to offer refunds with an Armory gift card in the amount applicable for the refund.

Refunds on Food and Beverage

To be eligible for a refund on food and beverage, your item must be unopened and not expired.

Refunds on Preorders

We do not accept order cancellations or refunds of any kind for preordered merchandise except in cases where the delivered product is incorrect, damaged, or otherwise not acceptable in some way. A manager will use personal discretion in order to determine which preorder products are eligible for return. 

Applicability for Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. You may be reissued a new gift card at any time for the amount of the gift card if the card is damaged; if the value of the card is unfindable, we can't reissue you a card. Applicability for exchange of sale items are at the personal discretion of a manager. Exchanges do not require proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

To be eligible for an exchange on apparel and accessories, your item must have tags attached. Exchange on food and beverage and preorder items are not permitted.

Where to Receive Refunds or Exchanges

Refund and exchanges can be conducted at any brick-and-mortar location, as long as a manager or supervisor with device permissions to offer a refund or exchange is present and available.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ocfsdarmory@student.ocfsd.org.
